Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa appointed new intelligence services in SriLanka. Journalists’ supports government activities appointed as members of this services, Sinhala website reports.  Local and international journalists representate in this new intelligence services. These members have sent to various countries.  Many of them visited foreign countries to obtain their higher education and provide relevant informations to the government.  Members of this intelligence group currently operating a website. Former member of media institution was also among them.  These journalists operate on national and international manner. They maintain close relationship with opposition political parties and several organisations and collect informations on their future plans and people work with these groups.  These journalists will provide informations to D.O.C intelligence services operated under the direction of Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa.  Maj.Gen.Handa Vitharana, advisor of the Defence Ministry appointed as incharge officer of this intelligence services.
