The JVP said all people the Sinhalese, Tamil, Muslim Burgher and Malay masses are increasingly realizing the economic, political and cultural breakdown in the country.
The party invited all “working masses, the farmer community, women, youths, students, professionals, technologists, entrepreneurs, industrialists, artistes, humanitarians and environmentalists to ideologically and organizationally rally round the ant-imperialist, anti-capitalist broad front that is being built with the leadership of the JVP and to struggle until the victory of new Socialism that establishes democracy, equality, national unity and achieve social justice and freedom.”
