Mandatory Home Quarantine NOT APPLICABLE to fully vaccinated Sri Lankans or Dual Citizens arriving/ transited/ having a travel history from India, Vietnam, South Africa & South American Countries in the last 14 days, said the Sri Lankan Health Ministry in an updated statement on Sunday (06).
