General Secretary of the Lanka Sama Samaja Party, Minister Thissa Vitharana expressed his discontent for not allowing leftist parties representing the UPFA to contest the Eastern provincial council under the alliance list.Minister further stated that they are focusing their attention on contesting under a separate list along with 4 other leftist parties for the Eastern province.However Minister Vitharana stated that a final decision has not been taken with this regard.
