Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa will leave the island tomorrow (28) on a 3-day visit to India.

He will be attending an international conference to be held in Maharashtra.

The ex-President has been invited to deliver the Guest Speech at the International Buddhists Conference, organized by International Buddhists and Cultural Federation.
