Former Army Commander Mr. Sarath Fonseka is to go before the Supreme Court petitioning the reinstatement of his civic rights which is being drafted by senior attorney at law, Mr Upul Jayasuriya.Mr Fonseka says that he would wage a fair struggle to regain his Civic Rights and the necessary documentation is currently being prepared.Pointing out that going before the Supreme Court demanding justice is not a question of fishing in shallow water and that he would make his plea regarding the injustice metered out to him, not only before the Supreme Court, but also in International Organisations and the International Community.
