Former Army Commander and the leader of the Democratic party, Sarath Fonseka hold secrete close door discussions with US ambassador to SriLanka Michel J.Sision recently, Colombo sources said.

Geneva issue was discuss at this secrete meeting. At meeting Fonseka agreed to provide informations to US resolution to be submitting against SriLanka in the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, sources said.

In order to appreciate Fonseka’s support US agree to grant financial support to Fonseka in the upcoming provincial council election.

It was blamed that Lankan army involved in various human rights violations during the final stage of war.

Fonseka served as the army commander during the final stage of war and agreed to provide information’s on human rights violations to US.
